Founder & Lead Contractor

With over 20 years of experience in residential and commercial construction, Ariel Preminger is one of Austin’s most seasoned remodeling professionals. As President and founder of Capital State Remodel, he brings extensive knowledge of every aspect of building—from structural framing and mechanical systems to finish carpentry and design.

Ariel got his start in the construction industry in the early 2000s, working his way up from hands-on building to managing large-scale renovation projects across Central Texas. Over two decades, he has personally overseen more than 500 projects, ranging from full kitchen and bathroom remodels to major home additions and complete interior renovations.

What sets Ariel apart is his hands-on leadership style. He is personally involved in every project from the initial consultation through final walkthrough, ensuring that each detail meets his exacting standards. Clients consistently praise his responsiveness, clear communication, and commitment to staying on schedule and on budget.
